The ministry leadership internship is designed to give aspiring leaders exposure to ministry through observation, education through study, and experience in ministry through service. We hope that through this program, leaders will gain clarity about their calling, gifting, and feel competent and confident to lead others in faith.

This residency will replicate gospel-centered pastoral leaders who can start and lead ministries within the local church or plant churches and disciple others to expand the reach of God’s kingdom.
