Getting healthy can be intimidating and often times we don’t want to do it alone. Faith & Fitness will be a great place to get started! Join in with other women from Redeemer’s who want to get healthy, physically & spiritually.

Format:

  • Meet every week for a workout followed by a small group study time
  • Starts January 13 to February 24, 2022 (Thursday nights - no childcare at this time)
  • We’ll read “None Like Him” By Jen Wilkin on our own throughout the week
  • 6:00pm - Workout
  • 6:40pm - Small Group - discuss our reading & what we are learning

What to Bring:

  • “None Like Him” book
  • Journal & pen
  • Sweat Towel
  • Water
  • Non-slip shoes
  • Exercise mat

Women of all ages and fitness levels are welcome. All exercises are bodyweight and can be modified to accommodate fitness level and/or any physical limitations.
