SUNDAYS
Every Sunday new people walk onto our church campus. As that happens, the most important thing for us is that you feel safe, you feel as though you could belong here, and that you are assured that you can be as anonymous or as connected as you want to be … and that you don't have to wander around looking lost!
Q. What will I first see when I arrive at Redeemer's Church?
A. The caring welcome of one of our hosts should greet you as you step foot on the campus. They will guide you to our worship center and, if you have children or teenagers, help you decide if you all want to stay together or if your children or teenagers want to check out our age specific worship zones. Grab a cup of coffee and some Mexican bread and head in the direction they have pointed you.
Q. What happens at your worship services?
A. Everything that happens will be explained by a presenter. We make sure every Sunday that no one feels like the ‘new person’. With explanation always given, we will enjoy some lively and vibrant worship music, be stimulated by amazing graphics and video footage to aid our worship experience, sometimes we’ll have drama or dance – but always there will be engaging and thought provoking teaching from the Bible, given in a bold and fresh way. Each 75-minute service is identical.
Q. What should I wear?
A. Whatever you’re comfortable wearing. We are not pretentious and we don’t judge people on how they look or the labels that they wear. We believe that when the Bible teaches that God looks on the heart ….hey, who cares what you’re wearing!
Q. Will you ask for my money?
A. NO. Every Sunday we will take an offering but every time we do that we clearly say that guests and people still exploring this church should not give. The offering is for the people who are part of what this church is about.
Q. Say I want to find out more about the church – where do I go?
A. This web site should help you find out more, but every Sunday in the worship center you will see a guest services area and other information/resource booths where you can find out as much as you want about what we do and why we do it. Ask away.
